Y’know lately when I go out running, I’ve been keeping it real simple: shorts, shoes and keys. No shirt, no water bottle, and no iPod. Not that I’m revolutionizing the world or anything, not wearing a shirt when it’s super hot is kinda a no-brainer. But running without music has been an interesting experience. I’ve done it before, of course, in short bursts here and there, but this is the first time I’ve committed to it for any length of time. And the results?
